Research Interest
She is working on technology-enhanced learning such as digital game-based learning, adaptive web-based learning, expert systems, and computer testing and diagnostic systems. In my research group named Technology-enhanced Learning in Science, Technology, and Mathematic (TELSTaM), she is working on development of learning materials driven by teaching and learning approach to promote students’ conceptual understanding of Science, Technology, and Mathematics. Moreover, for research on computer-assisted testing and learning diagnosis, she is focusing on developing novel approach(es) by applying the knowledge of CS. Based on the proposed novel approach, an expert system for testing and diagnosing students’ learning problem(s) has been implemented. The supplement material(s) for enhancing students’ learning basing upon multiple source of personalized information are formatted as well. She is now published the novel(s) approach(es) with the pure CS knowledge and also the implementation of expert system in educational area. She has published papers in such professional journals as Computers & Education, Educational Technology & Society, British Journal of Educational Technology, Innovations in Education and Teaching International among others. Owing to the good reputation in academic research, She has been accepted to organize the workshop on Emerging Pedagogies for Computer-based Learning affiliated to the International Conference on Computers in Education by Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education.
